A lady’s estate 14k two tone split shank diamond fashion ring with diamond and ruby accents. Circa: 1990s

This is a great looking and well made estate ring. It has a Cadillac design. But more importantly, it is built like a Cadillac as well. Of course, this makes no sense unless you are aware of the fact that a lot of rings can have a Cadillac design, but they are built like a Datsun. The center diamond is firmly and securely set into a 6 prong 14k white gold head. It measures approximately 6.17 mm – 6.20 mm in diameter x 3.78 mm deep. Depth is approximate due to the restrictions of the mounting. It weighs approximately 0.88 carat. The weight was estimated by mathematical formula. The color is approximately M in the mounting. The clarity is a VS1. There is no florescence. It has a 63% table and a 6.1.1% depth. As you can see from the attached photos it has a beautiful and lively appearance. This thing really sparkles. Set into a 14k white gold channel above and below the center diamond are three transparent near colorless round full cut diamond melee with an estimated, combined and approximate total diamond weight of 0.06 carats. Their colors are in the G to H range and the clarities vary from VS1 to SI1 (all of them are very eye clean). Alternating between the diamonds are a total of four transparent red natural ruby melee with a combined, estimated and approximate total weight of 0.10 carats.

The upper portion of the ring measures approximately 18.80 mm x 7.48 mm long by 16.50 mm x 71.8 mm x 6.10 mm wide by 9.82 mm by 6.38 mm x 4.40 mm deep. The 14k yellow gold shank measures approximately 3.40 mm x 2.40 mm wide. The ring is stamped 14k. It weighs approximately 4.1 dwt. The ring is a size 6 1/2. The ring can be sized up or down as needed by your local qualified goldsmith.
